Client-Focused Support

Our Service

Trained & Informed
NDIS-Aligned

Strengths-Based

We can support plan and self-managed NDIS participants as well as the general public

We assist participants in accessing local services, engaging in social and recreational activities, developing life skills, and working towards personal goals — all within a strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming framework.

All of our Disability & Community Support Workers have successfully completed specialised training through our partner organisations, equipping them with the knowledge, awareness, and practical skills required to deliver best-practice support for individuals in our care.

How it works
_edited_edited.png)
Tell us about you
We start by getting to know you—your strengths, your challenges, and what you want out of support. We’ll also look at your NDIS plan to see how we can make the most of your funding to support your goals.

Profile building
We take the time to build a clear and personalised profile about you—your needs, your preferences, and what helps you feel supported. This helps our team understand how to work with you in the best possible way, so we can support your goals in a way that’s tailored just for you.

Meet & Greet
You’ll meet one of our trained support workers for a friendly chat. This is a chance to see if you’re the right fit for each other, talk about your interests, your needs, and how we can help you live life your way.

Regular check-ins
We don’t just set and forget. Our team will check in with you—and, if you choose, your family or support team—to see how things are going. We’ll talk about what’s working, what’s not, and make sure your support keeps growing and changing with you.

Ongoing sessions
Once we find the right match, we’ll organise regular sessions that fit your routine. We believe in showing up, building trust, and creating meaningful progress—together, at your pace.

Plan reviews
If you’re supported by the NDIS, we’re here to help with your plan reviews. Our team will work with you to make sure your goals, supports, and budget are on track—so you have the best chance of getting the funding and services you need to keep moving forward.
Our Training.
